You may access your medical records by using our online portal systems.  Please select the correct portal below based on the date of the records you are seeking.

Need to sign up for a portal account?  If you have not logged in to the portal before, you will need to set up an account.  Please contact us at patientportal@mrhme.org from the email you wish to sign up with and include your full name and date of birth.  We will call the phone number on your patient account to verify your request prior to activation.
